4. Orders & Payment

• All orders must be paid in full at the time of purchase.
• Payments are processed securely through third-party payment gateways.
• Custom products (such as personalized cards) are non-refundable once production has started.

5. Shipping & Delivery

We ship orders within the stated time frames under our Shipping & Delivery Policy. EVCARD.SHOP is not responsible for delays caused by courier services or incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

6. Cancellations & Refunds

• Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours, unless already processed.
• Refunds are only applicable for defective, damaged, or incorrect items as per our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
