At EVCARD.SHOP, we strive to provide high-quality digital business cards and a smooth customer experience. Please review our Refund & Cancellation Policy below:


1. Order Cancellations

  • You may cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase, provided the card has not been printed or shipped.
  • Once your custom NFC card goes into production, cancellations are not permitted.

2. Refunds (If Applicable)

We offer refunds only under the following conditions:

  • You received a damaged, defective, or incorrect product.
  • The digital profile setup is not functioning properly and cannot be fixed.

🕒 Refund requests must be made within 5 days of receiving your product.

All refund claims must include photos or videos showing the issue.


3. Non-Refundable Items

  • Custom-designed or personalized NFC cards
  • Digital service subscriptions or one-time setup fees
  • Orders canceled after production has started

4. Exchange Policy

If you receive a defective or incorrect product, we will replace it at no extra cost.
